1. After
receipt of initial inquiry, Power of attorney (on receipt of Power
of attorney, a written sanction is obtained from Protectorate of
Immigration, Government of Pakistan for recruitment of each batch as
required by the principles. The posts can't be advertised with out
this Section), and finalization of demand a contract is drawn &
signed for supply of man power with the employer.

The vacancies are advertised in
the National News papers inviting applications for the posts giving
qualifications, experience and health standards. The Agency also
refers to their computer maintained data bank to make list of
suitable personal already tried in the
past.
3. The applications are
screened for suitability and the candidates are tested for the
relevant trade and interviewed. Short list of the applicants are
made keeping 5% candidates on stand-by and candidates
informed.
4. To ensure that the
candidates are physically fit and meet the physical standards set by
the employer, every candidate is examined medically by qualified and
experienced Doctors. The examination also include following
tests:
Blood Test Urine Test Chest
x-ray Eye Sight Test
5. A
list of candidates satisfying the employer requirements is prepared.
If desired, the Employer may interview the candidate to assess the
suitability.
6. Sessions of briefing
are held for education the candidates about the environment in which
they shall be required to work .

For each selected candidates a service contract is drawn and counter
signed by the Protectorate of immigration, Government of Pakistan
& a copy retained by them, as required by the government of
Pakistan rules. The original contract is for the employer and the
copy for the employee being the actual parties of the contract. In
addition the employer, if so wish, can include any special clause of
the contract (provided the same is not against the
law).
8. For some countries, Workers
Visas are sanctioned by name only. In such case, after selection the
visa is awaited & on receipt of same th.e formalities are
completed.
9. Following is the
estimated time period usually required for the above listed
formalities.
1. Protectorate Sanction, Advertisement &
Selection. Visa

Accommodation
9. Minimum one
Year 90 days or as per the labor laws of the country 8 H'ours per
day, maximum 12 (Twelve) hours per day with 4 (four) hours paid over
time. 6 (six) days per week, Paid Holiday. 1 (one) day per week.
, As per labor laws of the host country or minimum 1.50 times of
basic salary per hour.
10. Free of cost bachelor type
accommodation(not tents) must be provided by employer, with
electricity, water, gas & bedding. Free food or 25 % of basic
pay to be paid extra in lieu of free food for un-skilled, semi
skilled and skilled workers. Free, to be provided by the
employer. Free transport to be provided by the employer
Medical facilities Transportation from
residence to work site.
11.
Passage Economy class by air from place of hire to
place of employment and back on expiry of contract to be
provided by the employer if not included in the salary, which should
be in addition to the minimum wages laid
down.
12. Vacation leave per year As per
labor laws of the host country.
13. Illness leave per Year
As per labor laws
of the host country.
14. Social security /
Insurance Employeeto be covered at the cost of the employer
according to the labor laws.
15.
Dead Bodies
Dispatch of dead bodies or evacuation due to serious
injury will be made to Pakistan at employer's expenses.
